The past couple days here have felt fabulous and is a reminder that Fall is right around the corner! I love fall; snuggling up in a cozy sweater, chilly walks on the beach, the fresh smell of newly fallen leaves, and of course-Halloween! Can you tell I am excited that the hot days of summer are behind us? Here is another installment of “What to Wear” fall edition. These clothing options would look great for a family photo session on the beach or at one of the beautiful parks in Hilton Head!
Here is another installment of “What to Wear”! I have had a great response from my clients about the previous “What to Wear” post and love being able to help them out by giving clothing ideas and hopefully making it alittle easier when they are planning for their sessions! Enjoy!
I thought it would be fun and also helpful to my clients if I started a post on what to wear for sessions. I know it is hard to know what will look nice in photographs and how to make colors work together, so I wanted to try to make it a little easier by posting an example. I absolutely love the classic look of white/khaki/jeans for beach portraits, but if you are looking at having your family wear a little color, then it is very important to know how to coordinate the colors so that everyone will match. If you notice in the example below, the little girls dress is patterned and all the other outfits have coordinating colors pulled from that one dress. The color combinations and styles look fabulous together! I am not advocating that you go out and buy these particular outfits, although if you see something you like the stores where they can be found are listed below. I merely want to show how different clothing pieces can be pulled from your closets and put together in ways that make your family look great! I will post more examples every couple of months, especially during the seasons. Hopefully these examples will help!
